Bianca Cypser — Paramedical Tattoo Artist and Educator, St. Petersburg, Florida
Bianca Cypser is the founder and lead educator of the International Institute of Medical Tattoo Science and Artistry, a paramedical tattoo training school based in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is an active, working paramedical tattoo artist with more than 20 years of experience in aesthetics and hundreds of

documented cases in scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, 3D areola restoration, breast reconstruction tattooing, nipple tattooing, facelift scar camouflage, tummy tuck scar camouflage, C-section scar camouflage, and advanced color correction for hypopigmented skin.
Bianca operates her active clinical practice, Imagine You New, at 4137 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, where she performs paramedical tattooing procedures on real post-surgical clients every week. Plastic surgeons in the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area refer their patients to Bianca for post-surgical scar camouflage and areola restoration. Some of those surgeons have completed training with Bianca directly.
Clinical Background and Case Experience
Bianca training and education are built entirely on real clinical cases performed in her active studio. Unlike educators who developed their curriculum years ago and no longer practice regularly, Bianca treats new paramedical tattoo cases every week. The procedures she performs this week directly shape what she teaches in her next training session.
Her documented case history includes more than 500 completed paramedical tattoo procedures across the following specialties:
3D areola restoration and nipple tattooing for breast cancer survivors following mastectomy and breast reconstruction. Bianca works with multiple areola restoration modalities, allowing her to select the most appropriate technique based on each client's tissue type, skin tone, and reconstruction method.
Scar camouflage tattooing for surgical scars including facelift scars, breast lift scars, tummy tuck scars, C-section scars, and general surgical incision scars. Bianca treats facelift scar cases regularly, including complex pre-auricular, post-auricular, and hairline incision scars that require precise color matching and technical skill on thin facial tissue.
Stretch mark camouflage for hypopigmented stretch marks on the abdomen, hips, thighs, breasts, upper arms, and lower back.
Burn scar camouflage for burn injury discoloration and hypopigmentation.
Acne scar and hypopigmentation treatment using corrective pigment tattooing techniques.
Advanced color correction for darkened or discolored scar tissue, including cases that other artists have declined to treat.
Training Philosophy
Bianca Cypser's training philosophy is built on one principle: you cannot learn paramedical tattooing without working on real clients under qualified supervision.
At the International Institute of Medical Tattoo Science and Artistry, every student works directly on live clients with real post-surgical cases. Training begins with foundational practice on synthetic skin to develop technical control, then progresses immediately to supervised live client work. Students do not leave training having only practiced on synthetic skin. They leave with real results in their portfolio, performed on real clients, under Bianca's direct supervision.
Classes are limited to one to three students per session. This small class structure ensures that every student receives individualized attention from Bianca throughout their entire training experience. There are no large classrooms, no group demonstrations where students watch from a distance, and no pre-recorded video substitutes for live instruction.
Every IIMTSA graduate receives one full year of post-training support from Bianca. After returning to their home practice, graduates can contact Bianca directly for guidance on complex cases, color challenges, and clinical decision-making. This ongoing mentorship is a core component of the IIMTSA training model.
Who Trains at IIMTSA
Bianca trains students from a wide range of professional backgrounds including permanent makeup artists, tattoo artists, nurses, physician assistants, estheticians, medical aesthetics providers, and plastic surgery staff. Students travel to St. Petersburg, Florida from across the United States and internationally to complete their training with Bianca.
The 95 percent of IIMTSA graduates who pursued paramedical tattooing as a business became business owners following their training. This outcome reflects both the quality of the clinical preparation students receive and the business development guidance Bianca provides as part of the training curriculum.
On-Site Training for Florida Plastic Surgery Practices
In addition to her St. Petersburg training studio, Bianca offers on-site paramedical tattoo training at plastic surgery practices, surgery centers, and medical spas throughout Florida. She travels to facilities in Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota, Tallahassee, and across Florida to train staff, treat clients on-site, assist with Florida licensing requirements, and establish paramedical tattooing as a revenue-generating in-house service.
This on-site training model is designed for plastic surgery practices that want to offer post-surgical scar camouflage and areola restoration to their own patients without referring them to an outside provider.
