My Story

HI! I'm Bianca!
I'm so glad you're here!

scar camouflage and 3d areola tattoo trainer

.

I’ve been a licensed esthetician for over 20 years. I own and operate Imagine You New, an active medical tattooing and skin care practice in St. Petersburg, Florida, where I work with real clients every single day — and that daily practice is the foundation of everything I teach.

I built my career in aesthetics, operating a spa for over two decades with a deep focus on skin care, skin health, and the science behind how skin heals and responds to treatment. I’ve always been passionate about staying ahead — right now that includes incorporating Korean skin care techniques and philosophy into my practice, because the best results come from never stopping learning.

When I discovered paramedical tattooing, it felt like everything I had built was leading me here.
What drew me in was the impact. I started working with breast cancer survivors, mastectomy patients, people with surgical scars they had been hiding for years. I watched clients walk out of my studio standing differently — more confident, more at peace with their bodies. That changed me.

Here’s something I don’t talk about enough: I never considered myself an artist. I always appreciated artistic things, but I never really sat down and drew or painted. What I had was a deep understanding of skin — and when I picked up this work, something clicked. When I started doing areola restoration, I would get completely absorbed. I just wanted to create the most beautiful, realistic result possible. And honestly? I amazed myself. I didn’t know I had that in me.

I’m telling you this because you might feel the same way right now. Maybe the artistic side is what scares you. Maybe you’re not sure if you have it in you. I thought the same thing. You probably have more than you realize — and if you’re drawn to this work, that instinct means something. Don’t let that fear be the reason you don’t take this step.

Plastic surgeons began referring their patients to me. Some of those surgeons eventually trained with me. Students have traveled from across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and internationally to learn these techniques.

My classes are intentionally small — one to three students maximum. You work beside me on real cases, seeing how I think through complex presentations, mix custom colors, and approach the cases that require the deepest level of skill and care. You leave with real results in your portfolio and a full year of support to help you build your practice.
If you’re here reading this, you’re probably exactly the kind of person this work was made for.

About Bianca Cypser, Founder and Lead Instructor

International Institute of Medical Tattoo Science and Artistry, St. Petersburg, Florida

Bianca Cypser has spent more than twenty years in esthetics, paramedical tattooing, and advanced skin treatment. She is the founder of the International Institute of Medical Tattoo Science and Artistry (IIMTSA) in St. Petersburg, Florida, the founder of Imagine You New Skin and Body Center, and the developer of Artav, a luxurious, potent, color-rich, skin-like paramedical pigment line she created for paramedical tattoo work across every skin tone. Bianca trains plastic surgeons, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical providers, permanent makeup artists, and licensed estheticians from across Florida and the United States.

A Career Built on Skin

Most paramedical tattoo instructors come from one specialty. Bianca built her expertise from the inside out. Over twenty plus years in the esthetics field, she has worked hands-on with thousands of skins, every tone, every age, every condition. That deep skin knowledge is the foundation of every paramedical tattoo decision she makes and every technique she teaches. Pigment selection, color matching, needle depth, healing prediction, and skin reading are all skills that come from years of working with skin, not from a weekend course.

Bianca has built her career as a self employed business owner, which means every standard at IIMTSA and at Imagine You New is the standard she would expect for herself, her family, and her own clients. There is no shortcut culture. Every protocol is written from real working experience.

Hundreds of Documented Paramedical Tattoo Cases Across Every Skin Tone

Bianca has completed hundreds of documented paramedical tattoo cases. Her case work spans the full breadth of paramedical tattooing, including the full range of breast work and not just 3D areola tattooing. Mastectomy areola restoration. 3D areola tattooing with realistic shading, highlight, and color blending. Full breast reconstruction tattooing. Breast lift scar camouflage. Breast augmentation scar blending. Asymmetry correction. Adjustment and repair of previous areola tattoo work. Facelift scar camouflage. Tummy tuck and C-section scar camouflage. Stretch mark camouflage. Surgical scar blending across every kind of body surgery. And she works across every skin tone, with pigment selection and color theory built around real outcomes on real skins, not on textbook charts.

Artav, A Pigment Line Built for Real Paramedical Work

Bianca developed Artav, a paramedical pigment line, after years of working with pigment systems that did not deliver the color depth, skin-tone match, or longevity her clients deserved. Artav is built for paramedical tattoo work specifically. The line is designed for luxurious texture, potent color saturation, skin-like color tone matching, and reliable healed results across every skin tone. Students who train at IIMTSA learn pigment selection and color theory through the Artav lens, which translates directly to better case outcomes once they begin working with their own clients.

Imagine You New, A Full Skin and Body Center

Imagine You New is more than a paramedical tattoo studio. It is a full skin and body center at 4137 Fifth Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida. Bianca and her team provide advanced skin treatment services alongside paramedical tattoo work, including nano needling and light microneedling, radio frequency facial protocols, regenerative facials, and a full menu of esthetic services. Every treatment is built around the same skin-first philosophy that guides her paramedical tattoo work. The studio also houses Bianca's curated imported skin care store, featuring selected Korean, Japanese, and clinical-luxury skin care products chosen for their formulation quality, healing support, and outcomes for the specific skin concerns she treats every day.

Why Bianca Built IIMTSA

Bianca founded IIMTSA after years of seeing a gap between what new paramedical tattoo artists were being taught and what real paramedical practice required. Most courses available to medical providers and aesthetic professionals were taught by instructors with limited active case experience, in large impersonal classes, with almost no exposure to real clients. Bianca built IIMTSA so students could train inside a working clinical practice rather than learning in a classroom disconnected from real outcomes. Every IIMTSA cohort trains alongside a practicing paramedical tattoo artist, observes real client appointments, practices on synthetic skin and professional practice materials between live cases, and works on supervised live cases as part of the curriculum.

Hands-On Training Across Every Paramedical Modality

IIMTSA students do not learn from slides alone. Depending on the case schedule during your training, you may observe and assist with mastectomy areola restoration, 3D areola tattooing, full breast reconstruction tattooing, breast lift and breast augmentation scar work, facelift scar camouflage, tummy tuck and C-section scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, and surgical scar blending. Between scheduled client cases, students practice technique, color theory, needle depth, machine handling, and pigment selection on synthetic skin and professional practice materials, using the Artav pigment line and a working color theory framework refined from real cases.

For areola restoration alone, IIMTSA covers five different modalities of restoration technique. Students leave the program able to assess each client and select the right approach for the right skin tone and skin condition, rather than applying a single method to every case.

Small Cohorts, Real Mentorship

IIMTSA intentionally caps every cohort at one to three students. This is not a mass-market program. The small format allows Bianca to give every student direct feedback on technique, pigment selection, skin reading, color matching across skin tones, and case planning. Students who train in larger programs often graduate having barely held a machine. IIMTSA students graduate having worked on real skin under the supervision of a practicing artist.

Who IIMTSA Trains

IIMTSA welcomes a wide range of professionals into paramedical tattoo training. Our students include plastic surgeons looking to add paramedical tattooing as a service inside their surgical practice, registered nurses and nurse practitioners expanding into aesthetic and reconstructive care, physician assistants, oncology and reconstructive specialists, medical aestheticians, licensed estheticians transitioning into clinical aesthetics, and permanent makeup artists adding scar and areola work to their existing practice. Anyone working in the medical or aesthetic field who wants to learn paramedical tattooing properly is welcome at IIMTSA.

On-Site Training and Practice Setup for Florida Plastic Surgeons and Med Spas

Beyond the in-studio program in St. Petersburg, Bianca offers an on-site training and practice integration service for Florida plastic surgery centers, surgical practices, and medical spas. She travels to your facility in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Tallahassee, or anywhere in Florida and works directly inside your practice to train your staff on paramedical tattooing, see live clients alongside your providers, help you select the right pigments and equipment for your facility, and guide you through Florida licensing requirements for paramedical tattoo services. This allows plastic surgery centers and med spas to add paramedical tattooing as a fully integrated in-house service rather than referring patients out.

One Year of Post-Training Mentorship

Every IIMTSA graduate receives one full year of post-training support after their program. This is not a forum or a group chat. Graduates can reach Bianca directly with questions about real cases, pigment behavior across different skin tones, healed results that need a second pass, equipment questions, client consultation challenges, and anything else that comes up as they begin building their own paramedical tattoo practice. Most training programs end at graduation. IIMTSA extends well past it because paramedical work has a learning curve that continues long after the classroom.

Tuition and Program Structure

The complete IIMTSA paramedical tattoo training program is $7,500 and covers all major rounds of paramedical tattooing including areola restoration across all five modalities, the full range of breast work, scar camouflage, stretch mark blending, color theory across every skin tone, pigment selection using the Artav line, skin reading, needle depth and machine handling, sanitation and bloodborne pathogen protocol, client consultation, healed result assessment, and case documentation. Students leave with a portfolio of completed practice work and supervised live case experience.

Serving Students Across Florida and the United States And WorldWide

Students train in person with Bianca in St. Petersburg, Florida and travel from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Sarasota, Tallahassee, and across the United States to complete IIMTSA training. For Florida plastic surgery practices, surgical centers, and med spas that want their team trained on-site, Bianca travels statewide, WorldWide. To inquire about training dates, on-site practice integration, or to ask any question about whether paramedical tattoo training is right for your background, contact IIMTSA at 727-504-4664 or visit medtattooeducation.com.
